The good folks at Valve have released a new update today for Left 4 Dead 2, creating a new Mutation entitled Healing Gnome. As the name would imply, this is a mutation based around the popular garden gnome. It is the only way that you can heal yourself in the game, so you and your teammates will have to pass it around in order to heal up. It sounds like a very interesting experience- give it a try!

Valve is also holding a vote for their next mutation! The options are Bleedout Versus, Healing Gnome, Hunting Party, Lone Gunman, and Taaaaaank!
